Boise Street Sighting: Dodge D-100 pickup

In Boise, Idaho, cars never rust. The roads are never salted, it stays relatively dry year round, particularly in the summer. It seems vehicles last forever, and if washed and waxed routinely, they will last forever; even if they're not, they will still last a good long while.
However, this classic Dodge pickup probably wasn't washed or waxed very often for the sole reason of it being a workhorse. The owner of this clean example can attest to older Dodge's durability being superior to their newer counterparts. While worn down, and featuring some paint finish issues, nothing on the truck appeared to be broken or missing.
The interior was in decent shape, too, considering the truck's age. Granted, it did have torn seats, but hey, what can you expect from near 50-year-old truck.
I'm not sure which engine powered this version of the D-100 but it was probably one of two six cylinders versus the available 318 V8 that was also available.
